Working with me
If you want to transform your life, you have to think differently, and for that - you need to move differently!
I don’t do talking therapy.
In my sessions, I guide you out of your mind, and into your body - and that means you will learn how to breath, move, and position your body differently, in order to think in a way that will bring you the results that you want.
It’s in your body that your true wisdom and intuition lies. And that’s where you can draw the best decisions and best ideas from.
Your body is also the compass for healthy relational dynamics. Once you start to understand its signals, you will start to better notice the situations that are causing discomfort, frustration, or worry. And with the tools I will provide to you, you will learn how to deal with the challenges in a more constructive and efficient way.
Above all, working with me means having fun while doing the work!
My approach to healing is that: if you cannot laugh about it, you’re not healing.
My Sessions
I offer 1-on-1 sessions where I using a combination of coaching, teaching and embodiment work.
Sessions are always held on Zoom.
On my sessions I create a safe context for your self inner-discovery, where a sense of playfulness, wonder and excitement rule the inner work, bringing up to light what has been in the shadow, and allowing you to reconnect with your true golden essence.
From my learnings and lived experiences, I understood that everyone has their own way to connect with their inner wisdom, and we all need different approaches to creating conscious living, and conscious relating. Therefore, my sessions are tailored to your unique situation, and will always be a combination of these five approaches: Mindfulness, Communication, Polarity, Commitment, and Somatics.
